We will meet at Kintetsu Nara station at 10:00, Hiking start here and head to Mt.Wakakusa or histric trail

to Yagu.  

This is a circuit trail. We will have a lunch at Uguisu no taki (water falls).

We will back to city at 16:00. I will let you know good restaurants and bar.

Hiking 12km 5 hours. Mt.Wakakusa 342m altitude.

 the old residential district from Nara's time as capital of Japan. This tour will take you to a lesser-seen part of Nara, out of the shadow of the main temples you will get a unique insight into the culture and lives of the people living there. Prepare to wander the small streets while hearing stories from the past, the history of Japan, and local anecdotes. There are 3 houses we will visit and a monkey charm museum, each slightly different in style and purpose giving you a colorful image of what it would have been like to live in Japan in the past. (if we are lucky we might catch the famous old artist in his tiny side shop) Finally we can finish with a trip to my families small shop, right by Koufukuji and Sarusawa pond.
