Going to Tomogashima island in Wakayama for relaxing and exploring "Laputa" island with some ruins.

Each participants take a role, please let me know which one will you do.

1 Food coordinator : about 6-8 ppl dinner and breakfast (bring your own for day 1 lunch and we eat day 2 lunch after we back to main land near Kada port. Shirasu rice bowl is famous there )
We need to bring water and BBQ stuff.

We can buy water and beer on vending machine on the island however pricy so it is better to bring it.
We can use tap water for washing on the island but not for drinking.

2 Accommodation coordinator : about 3 ppl
Tent. Other option, there is inn on island.

3 Activity coordinator : about 2ppl
Day1 , explore on the island. We can get a map at there.
Day2 morning, explorer the shore. There is monk training cave. I can take this role.
Day 2 afternoon, visit awashima shrine after lunch.

Optional : swimming, go fishing , geocaching and sleeping. I have a slacklining but it's kind of heavy. If anyone interested in it, I can bring it.

The camp site is about 15 mins walk from the port and we can go fishing at camp site. But I cannot get any fish last time so probably there's another better fishing place.

Meeting point : Nankai Kada station 加太駅(南海電気鉄道加太線の終着駅)

Meeting time : (probably around noon)

Walk to port(20mims) take the boat at 1pm.

*If you come by car(to carry tent/BBQ stuff), meet us at Kada port at 12:30am. Please buy the ferry ticket first.

Participation fee : IOC member 2000yen (food) , Non-IOC member 3000yen (food and to use tent or so on. Be our member ! It's nicer !)

Transportation fee is by own. Boat round trip 2000yen.
If we carry on extra stuff(tent/BBQ stuff) on boat, they will charge extra fee and it will be covered by our budget.
The car which carry our equipments, the parking fee will be taken care by our budget as well.

Back-up dates will be in September (TBD)
