President
The IOC President for 2010 is Dominikus. For issues and general questions concerning the club, please contact Dominikus at ioc_president-at-suffix.
Vice President
Seiko will support and assist the president and is always available to help out with IOC related issues. Email: ioc_vicepresident-at-suffix.
Treasurer
Kaori is our Treasurer for the year 2010. She will carefully track our finances and support special events etc. Email Kaori at ioc_treasurer-at-suffix.
Secretary
This year's secretary is Noriko, with the main tasks being the organisation of the monthly meetings and the management of the member database. Email her at ioc_secretary-at-suffix.
Special Events Coordinator
This year's special events will be organized by Mana. Special events include the Annual Cherry Blossom Party, the New Year's Hike, the Spring and Autumn Camp, and the End of Year Party and more! For questions and suggestions, email Mana at ioc_specialevents-at-suffix.
Activities Coordinator
Please send Keisuke your trip details once they have been finalized, and he will post them on the website. If you've got good ideas for an activity, but you need a little help getting it started, contact him. Also, if you got feedback about an activity, please pass it to him as well. Correspondant
This year, the correspondant's job is taken by our president Dominikus. Please email him if you have questions on, e.g., hiking equipment, on how to organize hiking trips, ..., at correspondant-at-suffix.
Newsletter Editor
Madeleine is our newsletter editor. If you've written an article for the club newsletter, send it to her by the end of every month and she will include it in the next newsletter. Our newsletter is a great way to promote our club and to pass information about our activities to all members. Madeleine looks forward to receiving your articles, so let's start writing! Webmaster
Dominikus is also our web master. Please contact him for new ideas, suggestions, concerns and questions about the website. Especially, since the transfer of the website was completed only short time ago, please notify him about errors and problems. Email: ioc_webmaster-at-suffix.
Equipment manager
Koji has generously agreed to continue handling the IOC equipment this year. He is guardian of five pairs of snowshoes, one 5-man tent,one 4-man tent, one 3-man tent and one 2-man tent, along with three barbecues. Please see also the IOC equipment page.
